We were contacted by a representative from the local natural gas supplier. They had recently purchased a new home and wanted us to quote on replacing the water heater and, possibly, boiler. They also mentioned they would love it if we could free up some space in the mechanical room for them to fit a fridge.
We sent out our plumber Taylor Martin who, of course, recommended the Navien NCB-E combi-boiler. This solution was able to replace the bulky boiler and water heater with one small wall mounted unit that operates at a much higher efficiency and freed up the space they needed for storage! The customer is very happy with both the combi-boiler and the installation that we performed. They are also happy about being able to fit their fridge into the space!
