Sponsor and Administrator. The Giveaway is sponsored by Navien, LLC, located at 20 Goodyear, Irvine, CA 92618, USA (“Navien” or “Sponsor”). The potential winner of the Prize will be notified within approximately forty-eight (48) hours of the Draw Date by the Sponsor via a reply to the winner’s comment on the YouTube video or via email if winner selected entered through website Entry form. Potential winner must provide Navien with identification and contact information so that Navien may verify the potential winner’s eligibility and deliver the Prize. Where applicable, please check your email and spam filters for correspondence from Sponsor. 

For Canadian residents (excluding residents of Quebec), before being declared a confirmed winner, each selected winner must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered online. 

If a potential winner cannot or does not satisfy the foregoing condition or the conditions described in the “Eligibility” section above, an alternate potential winner will be selected in the same manner as the first potential winner was selected. The decisions of Navien as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the selection of potential and final winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. 

Verification of Potential Winner. Each potential winner of the Giveaway is subject to verification of eligibility by Navien. At any time, if (i) Navien determines that a person whose submission is selected as a potential winner is not eligible to participate in the Giveaway, or (ii) a person whose name is drawn refuses to accept the selection as a winner, or (iii) a person whose name is drawn cannot or does not complete the eligibility requirements described in "Additional Eligibility Requirements" above, including without limitation a failure to sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (when applicable) or provide any other requested information within the required time period, (iv) a person cannot be contacted within five (5) days of first attempt by Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent, or (v) failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable) or other non-compliance with these Official Rules, then that person will be ineligible to win a Prize.
