Langley, BC (October 2, 2023) – Navien, the leader in condensing technology, is pleased to announce the relocation of its shipping warehouse from Surrey, BC, to a larger and more spacious facility in Langley, BC. The move represents a significant step in the company's commitment to enhancing customer service and meeting the growing demand for its products in Canada.
The new warehouse in Langley opened its doors on October 2, 2023 and boasts an additional 20,000 square feet of space compared to the previous Surrey location. This expansion provides Navien with the capacity to maintain a larger and more diverse inventory, ultimately benefiting customers with increased product availability and improved delivery times. Shipping to and from the new facility will begin on October 4, 2023.
Adam Wills, Canada National Sales Manager at Navien, commented on the move, stating, "Since opening our facility in Surrey, BC, on August 8th, 2022, Navien has seen tremendous growth given the benefits Canadian-based inventory has provided! With units, parts, and accessories readily available in Canada, we have been able to move quickly to satisfy customer demand and capture mutually successful opportunities. This success has meant outgrowing the original facility very quickly. Now we are moving to a much larger facility that will further improve access to Navien for our customers across Canada. With many new products scheduled to be released in the coming years, including our NPF hydro-furnace this year, a larger facility gives us the flexibility to have greater availability on a wider array of products."
